Client Request
“We need a digital health platform that simplifies how doctors interact with Electronic Health Records. The goal is to move away from text-heavy files and create a system where we can visualize patient data and anatomical issues in a way that is intuitive and fast during a consultation.”

About Project
Oryn is a mobile-first Electronic Health Record (EHR) ecosystem designed for healthcare professionals. It transforms traditional patient charts into an interactive experience, allowing doctors to monitor vitals, view medical histories, and map physical diagnoses directly onto a high-fidelity 3D human model.

User Challenges
Doctors and nurses often suffer from "data fatigue" caused by cluttered interfaces and endless scrolling through medical notes. Identifying the specific location of a patient's pain or monitoring fluctuating vitals—like heart rate and blood pressure—in a high-pressure clinical environment can be slow and prone to oversight.

Our Strategy
We adopted a human-centric UI approach, prioritizing anatomical visualization over traditional spreadsheets. By placing a 3D model at the heart of the interface, we created a spatial mental map for the physician, making the transition from physical examination to digital documentation seamless.

Our Solutions
Interactive 3D Anatomy: Developed a rotatable muscular and skeletal model that allows practitioners to pinpoint "hotspots" for inflammation or injury, providing an instant visual context for diagnoses.
Glanceable Vitals Dashboard: Designed custom data visualizations for heart rate, respiratory levels, and oxygen saturation, using color-coded trends to highlight anomalies at a glance.
Dynamic Patient Switching: Integrated a quick-access header with patient profiles, enabling doctors to move between different cases without losing their workflow.
Glassmorphic Design System: Utilized soft blurring and layered cards to maintain a clean, modern aesthetic that feels medical yet approachable, reducing cognitive load.

Client's Feedback
“Oryn has completely changed how I conduct my rounds. Being able to see a patient’s inflammation marked directly on a 3D model while simultaneously tracking their heart rate trends is a massive leap forward in clinical efficiency.”
